OrganisationsMarlborough Farmers MarketThe Marlborough Farmers Market is held every Sunday morning throughout the summer months at the Blenheim A and P showgrounds. We are passionate supporters of the Market and have a stall there every week.
Marlborough District CouncilWe work with the council with their environmental education programmes in local schools.
Marlborough Vintners HotelWairau Worms has supplied Tiger Worms and a suitably sized worm farm to Marlborough Vintners for their very busy restaurant kitchen. Kitchen waste is fed to their Tiger Worms which produce worm castings and worm tea that MVH resident gardener Larissa can use back out on the restaurant’s vegetable garden.
Rural Education Activities Programme (REAP)Wairau Worms regularly attend REAP roadshows (Rural Education Activities Programmes) in rural areas promoting the use of worm farms and educating rural communities on the benefits of recycling.
